14-Unit Condo Development

Design, preparation of construction plans, and preparation of final condominium filing documents for a 14-unit condominium development situated on a 3-acre site.

New Educational Building

$2.5 15,000 sq. ft. equipment resource training facility located in New Philadelphia. The project consisted of a masonry and light gauge metal roof truss, 60 foot structure with vocational classroom spaces and restrooms, as well as two pre-engineered metal building structures to be used for vocational lab spaces.
