ALTA-ACSM Survey
ALTA-ACSM survey of a former Target store located on a 15-acre parcel, situated in a suburb of Toledo, Ohio. Subsequent to the completion of the survey, DEI has worked with the owner to subdivide the site to create three additional sites for a bank and two restaurants.
