Walking Trail Development
Diversified Engineering provided design and layout services for a trail and bridge within a flood plain. The bridge was engineered to withstand ponding and flowing water during flood season. In addition, basketball courts were designed and laid out.
ALTA-ACSM Survey
ALTA-ACSM survey of a former Target store located on a 15-acre parcel, situated in a suburb of Toledo, Ohio. Subsequent to the completion of the survey, DEI has worked with the owner to subdivide the site to create three additional sites for a bank and two restaurants.
Water Ponding Solution
Design, engineering, construction layout and inspection for a storm sewer system developed to eliminate a long-standing problem with ponding water near the intersection of two streets on the south side of the city.
